Our chalet policies
- The reservation will be confirmed after the deposit payment of 50% of the full price.
- Deposit is non refundable
- The full price must be paid proir to reservation day, or reservation will be cancelled automatically.
- Check-in time is 2PM and Check-out time is 6AM. To delay check-out to 12PM, a 400SAR must be paid.
- To upgrade to chalet 001 or 002, an additional 25% of the full price must be paid, (subject to availability).
- Chalets can't be utilized for commercial purposes unless an approval is granted from chalets' management with additional charge.
Rent Contract
once payment is made, all terms mentioned in the policies and the rental contract will be agreed upon.
- The contract is for one chalet whose name is mentioned in the reservation statement.
- Check-in time is 2 PM and Check-out time is 6 AM. If check-out time is not adhered to, a 100 riyal will be charged for each extra hour.
- The tenant undertakes to monitor children or those who can't swim, and he is fully responsible before government agencies for any accidents and dangers, God forbid.
- The chalet management is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal items.
- Booking by Gregorian date, except for Hijri holidays.
- The tenant has no right to rent to a third party at all, and the tenant bears the consequences resulting from that.
- The first party (chalet management) has the right to cancel the contract if the tenant does not adhere to the terms of the contract and must vacate the chalet without returning the rental value, or compensation.
- After making and confirming the reservation, the customer can't cancel or postpone the reservation.
- Under all circumstances, the chalet can't be delivered to the tenant, his guests, coordinators, or his belongings can enter until the full rental amount and the insurance deposit of 1000 SAR have been received.
- In case or any outages out of our authority, no refunds or compensations will be granted.
- It's strictly prohibited to use external or internal speakers at a very loud volume, and the tenant may be subject to legal liability if this is violated.
- In the event of violating the attached parking instructions, the chalet management disclaims responsibility for any legal measures that may be taken in this regard.
Parking Areas
Please note that the areas marked in green and areas permitted for parking the areas marked in red are the areas prohibited for parking.
We would also like to note that the chalet management disclaims any responsibility for those who violated the instructions.
